The Golf Performance League, developed by Target Zone Training, combines sound golf instruction and overall fitness training into a six week ON-COURSE Golf Experience. Our personal trainers and golf instructors will help you get the most out of your game, health and your physique to look even better while you play the game.

A special fitness based league will be available for each group above and will be tailored and structured to fit each groups specific needs.
Why The Golf Performance League ?
About $6 billion was spent on golf supplies back in the year 2000 (Stanford Research Institute). There is no question that the number has gone up significantly over the years and it shows that golfers are willing to invest a lot of money to improve their score and their game. Now with all the technological advances there has been since 2000, amazingly the USGA handicap has reported NO improvement in the last nine years! Granted, some of the courses have evolved over the years but it is really the player who needs to evolve to use that equipment to the best of their ability. By Combining Golf Instruction, Physical Training and Nutrition, the GPL will help you overcome limitations that inhibit your ability to play the game of golf as you would like. Strength, flexibility, technique, energy and overall fitness will play a huge part in how you will play and also how you enjoy the game! Our instructors will work with you to customize a program to help you get what you want out of the game of golf for many years to come. To do that you need to be healthy, and that is what are goal is; for you to be healthier, more energetic, flexible and stronger biomechanically for the game that we all love.
